Amanda is a Senior Global Health Politics and Policy Advisor and social impact leader with a multi-sectoral approach and strong networks and understanding of the health policy and funding decision-making and influencing processes of key global, regional, and national political, bilateral and multilateral and financing institutions and mechanisms and engagement with key Private Foundations, Private Sector, Pharmaceutical Companies and Industry. She has over 16 years of work experience across primarily African regions and remotely supported Latin America, Eastern Europe, and the Asia Pacific regions.
She has an academic background in History (BA) from Solusi University in Zimbabwe, International Relations (Hons), Political Studies (MA), both from the University of Witwatersrand, South Africa and recently completed an Executive MSc in Global Healthcare Leadership at the University of Oxford.
