Director of Research and Learning, On Think Tanks
Andrea is On Think Tank’s Research and Learning Director and has more than 12 years of experience in international development, research, and capacity building for NGOs and Think Tanks. Her research work focused on education, wellbeing and development in GRADE (Peru), Pontifical Catholic University of Peru and the University of Bath. Before joining On Think Tanks, Andrea worked at the ELLA (Evidence and Lessons from Latin America Programme), where she guided research centres to magnify the impact of their research. She also has policy informing experience in a project seeking to inform the electoral process by raising the quality of the debate with research and policy analysis in Peru ́s 2011 election. Her research skills include both undertaking and managing research (including field coordination of large-scale evaluations). She is also the coordinator of the Open Think Tank Directory and the State of the Sector reports.
