Binay, a Political Science graduate from the University of Delhi, holds a PhD in Federalism from Andhra University, India. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Public Policy, Kathmandu University School of Management, he brings six years of experience teaching courses in governance, policy, federalism, and politics.

Binay has authored journal articles addressing federalism, inclusion, and policy matters, with his insights occasionally featured in national dailies and TV channels. Additionally, he has actively contributed to various research assignments funded by USAID, The Asia Foundation, and other organisations.
