Catarina Afonso dos Santos is the Senior Programme Manager for the European Development Policy and Leadership Programme at the Center for Global Development (CGD). Prince-2 certified, she has over 12 years of experience in project management, policy outreach, stakeholder engagement, and partnership management in non-profit organisations, think tanks, and public institutions, including at the European Court of Auditors and the Portuguese Permanent Representation to the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). She holds an MA in International Security and Terrorism from the University of Nottingham (UK) and a BA in International Relations from the University of Coimbra (Portugal).
