Christina Le Rajan Billingsley

Christina Rajan Billingsley (she/her) is a policy nerd and justice advocate on behalf of our communities most impacted and least served by our institutions. Her twenty-five years of expertise spans the globe in areas from community organising, internal changemaking within agencies and NGOs, and influencing social and environmental policy.

Christina earned her MSc in Social Policy and Development from the London School of Economics and a dual BA in History and International Studies from the University of Washington. Her practitioners’ experience in participatory social research, climate resilience, equity-oriented policy and program development, civil rights, and public affairs are all geared towards collaboratively innovating for an inclusive workforce and green economy. She is most proud of organising community and public agency staff to co-create the first environmental justice policy at a port authority, the Port of Seattle’s Resolution 3767, the Duwamish Valley Community Benefits Commitment.
