Researcher at Sivis Institute
Diego R. de Moraes Silva has a Ph.D. in Science and Technology Policy from the University of Campinas (2019). He received his BSc in Social Sciences from the University of São Paulo (2012) and his M.A. in Science and Technology Policy from the University of Campinas (2015). In the period 2016-2017, he held a Visiting Scholar position at the Institute for International Science and Technology Policy (IISTP) from the George Washington University (GWU) in the United States. The scholarship for this visiting position was granted jointly by the Fulbright Foundation and the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CAPES). He is currently a researcher at Sivis Institute, wherein he develops research on democracy and political culture in Brazil.
