Dinesh, an accomplished professional with extensive experience in public policy, currently serves as the Executive Director of Hriti Foundation and Karnali Utsav, Kuda Karnalika. Holding a Master’s degree in Management from Tribhuwan University and pursuing a Master’s in Development Economics from Midwestern University, Dinesh is recognised for his adeptness in idea generation, communication, team management, and outreach relations.

As Founder and President of Tanneri Chaso Surkhet, he is deeply involved in community initiatives. Demonstrating a commitment to accountability and civic engagement, Dinesh serves as a focal person for Accountability Lab Nepal and CMR Nepal. His multifaceted contributions span public policy, development economics, and community leadership, showcasing his dedication to making a positive impact in diverse spheres.
