Fiorella has 20 years of experience in business, commercial management and strategic planning. She has worked for diverse private sector organisations in the global south. She has led businesses & results, with direct responsibility for commercial development and financials, and profitability performance. She has led the design and development of a product and services portfolio under mission-driven approaches that contributed to the transformation of the organisation. Since joining OTT, Fiorella has developed the financial systems and processes for OTT over the last 2 years based on OTT’s mission and mid-term objectives. Fiorella is an economist with a master’s degree in business administration.
