Flavia is a Senior Researcher in Public Policy with 8 years of managerial experience at the largest Brazilian government think tank. She is passionate about policy research and its inception in policy making. She is skilled in project management, partnership building, and qualitative and quantitative research. She provides strategic guidance and project management for researchers to meet programmatic goals. Some of her key accomplishments were developing innovative research deliverables, establishing a new research agenda-setting process, balancing emerging opportunities with long-term strategic goals and matching them to the team’s capabilities.
