Ivan is the Director of the Centre for Global Transformation Studies (CGTS). He brings a strong educational background with an MBA from INSEAD and an honours diploma in economics from Saint-Petersburg University. Ivan has served as Chief Research Officer for the Agency for Strategic Initiatives, a leading Russian socioeconomic policy think tank, overseeing research and organic growth.

With diverse business experience in investment banking, real estate, and airlines, Ivan specialises in the analysis of economic policy and environmental issues.
