Jitendra Kumar has been working at the Rosa Luxemburg Stiftung (RLS) South Asia Regional Office in New Delhi, India, for the past 14 years. He has worked in various capacities in the finance department of RLS and is currently serving as a Finance Manager at RLS. Previously, he worked as a Senior Finance Officer in IndustriALL (a Global Union Federation), South Asia Office in New Delhi, India.
A certified Cost and Management Accountant and Fellow Member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI), Jitendra holds an MBA in Finance from Symbiosis University, Pune. He also holds a Commerce degree from Delhi University. His expertise encompasses budgeting, financial management, accounting, taxation, management information systems and compliance with international funding agencies. Jitendra plays a pivotal role in enhancing RLS’s financial operations, and he is well versed with the financial guidelines of the German Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development, i.e. BMZ, and is a long-standing trainer of the financial guidelines.
