Khulud is a PhD candidate in Human Nutrition with a special focus on Food Security and gained a certificate in Knowledge Mobilization from Guelph University in 2019.
She started her career journey in the Saudi think tank ecosystem. As a researcher and later a leader and director of research, she has worked with many think tanks on numerous policy-oriented research projects in different fields, including the cultural, social, and health sectors.
Driven by her passion and interest in think tanks and through collaboration with the Saudi Center for Research & Intercommunication, Khulud translated two related books to Arabic (The Knowledge Translation Toolkit: Bridging the Know–Do Gap: A Resource for Researchers”, by Gavin Bennett and Nasreen Jessani ) and (Do Think Tanks Matter?: Assessing the Impact of Public Policy Institutes by Donald e. Abelson).
