Krizna Gomez works with social purpose actors to engineer change and challenge organisations to be innovative and future-ready. A former human rights lawyer turned foresight practitioner; systems change strategist and community curator, she excels at simplifying complex strategies and creating spaces that foster purpose and teamwork.
She employs design thinking, foresight, and radical experimentation, often collaborating with graphic designers to enhance clarity through visuals. Her approach combines interdisciplinary tools with deep empathy and experience in the issues her clients face, helping teams transform and innovate effectively.
Krizna worked as Director of Programs and Lead Facilitator at JustLabs, a global sandbox for NGO disruption, and previously led the international program at Dejusticia, focusing on civil society and human rights in the Global South. She worked as a Presidential Fellow at the Open Society Foundations. Prior to that, she worked as a human rights lawyer, university lecturer, and community organizer in the Philippines and beyond.
She holds an LLM from Harvard Law School, a JD, and a BA in Political Science from Ateneo de Manila University. Recognized with the Joseph Jaworski Next Generation Foresight Practitioners Award, she is also a Center for Justice & Accountability board member.
