Lauren has spent over 10 years bridging gaps in finance, policy, and climate progress in East Asia and North America. She is currently the Head of Impact at Hong Kong-based climate think tank, Transition Asia, where she builds strategies to most effectively deliver the organisation’s research. She has also held roles in sustainable finance campaigning, banking in a credit risk team, environmental research, policy tracking and corporate engagement. She has an MPA from Tsinghua University and a BS from the International Business and Chinese Enterprise (IBCE) program at the University of South Carolina and the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
