Head of Conferences, Wilberforce Society
Leonas Pausch is from Hamburg, Germany and is currently pursuing a degree in History and Politics at the University of Cambridge. His main academic focus lies in the realm of politics, governance and EU security policy.
As a member of the Wilberforce Society, which is the UK’s oldest and largest student-led think tank, Leonas serves as Writer and Head of Conferences. He is organising this year’s annual conference on the intersection of public policy and AI. His articles focus primarily on nuclear proliferation and the EU peacekeeping forces. Additionally, he serves as the Vice-President of the Cambridge Union, actively fostering free speech across the university and beyond.
