Maddy is currently employed as an Associate on the Institutional Advancement team at the Center for Global Development (CGD) London office. CGD is an international development think tank specialising in economic research to alleviate global poverty. In her role, Maddy collaborates closely with programme teams to secure and manage funding for ongoing research initiatives.

Possessing a Master’s degree in International Peace and Security and an undergraduate degree in International Relations, Maddy is keen on furthering her understanding of the think tank space.
