Muhammad Waqas Halim

Waqas Halim is a think tank policy leader, an educationist, and a futurist. Currently, he is working as the Director of the Center for Technology in Education, the Smart Cities Initiative, and the Media Lab. He is passionate about the use of technology for social change -particularly female digital education. Waqas holds a Master’s in Public Administration with a concentration in International Development from Columbia University and is a Fulbright Alumnus. Previously, he has worked with the World Bank and the United Nations.
