Nivedita is a lawyer and public policy consultant based in Bengaluru, India. She has worked to provide legal support to the social and public sectors in India. In 2016, Nivedita founded Pacta, India’s only social sector law firm and think tank at the intersection of law and policy. At Pacta, Nivedita directs law and policy initiatives across gender, education, information technology, disability and philanthropy. She also holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from Princeton’s School of Public and International Affairs.
