Ntaliwa Joyce brings 15 years of experience driving growth in non-profit and private sectors across Africa. As the Partnerships and Resource Mobilisation Manager at the African Institute for Development Policy (AFIDEP), she leads strategic initiatives. Proficient in strategy development, research, and partnership cultivation, Ntaliwa excels in project conceptualisation, proposal coordination, and monitoring and evaluation.
