Pramod earned a PhD in Public Administration and Policy from Yonsei University, Seoul, South Korea. As a research member of the BK21 Plus Team during his doctoral research, he significantly contributed to evaluating development projects in global-south countries. His dissertation explored E-governance intricacies and comparative institutional development, shedding light on policy reform in Nepal.
Following this, Pramod pursued a Post-Doctoral Fellowship funded by The University of Sheffield, UK, critically examining federalisation’s impact on Nepal’s health system. This project explored challenges and opportunities, delving into positive and negative effects on the health sector.
Currently, he is a faculty member at the KUSOM Policy Lab where he oversees research initiatives by Nepalese think tanks.
