Sandra brings four decades of diverse experience in entrepreneurship and has held roles in engineering, logistics, and hospitality, with the last fifteen years dedicated to manufacturing.

Inspired by her journey, Sandra co-founded Woman On Boards CIC™ in partnership, an innovative social enterprise platform aimed at supporting entrepreneurial women and leaders in advancing cross-sector opportunities and securing unbiased board positions for greater representation.

Passionate about female leadership, Sandra places a strong focus on STEM fields and advocates for the value of SME manufacturing to the UK Economy. She actively dispels industry misconceptions and fights against societal injustices regarding the perceived value of academic pathways over vocational routes to sustainable employment, believing in the equal value of every individual in society.

Sandra’s impact extends across the East Midlands region, where she engages and supports the business community on economic growth. Her role as Leicestershire’s Entrepreneurs Voice in the national Massachusetts Institute of Technology Regional Entrepreneurship Accelerator Program in 2020 opened doors to securing NED, trustee, and board positions. Through these roles, she strives to have a voice and work alongside stakeholders at a regional level to effect meaningful change.
