Silvia Mayr is a Project Manager at the Robert Bosch Foundation in the Futures and Networks department in Berlin. She designs and implements an internationally focused program for first-time Members of the German Parliament, equipping political decision-makers with the skills to navigate their mandates in a fast-changing world and challenging political climate. Passionate about promoting democracy, Silvia is dedicated to fostering platforms that support evidence-based policymaking and meaningful interparty dialogue.
Previously, Silvia worked as Policy Assistant to the Foreign Affairs Spokesperson of Alliance 90/The Greens in the German Parliament and served as Project Manager at the Global Perspectives Initiative, a dialogue platform enhancing collaboration among high-ranking African and European stakeholders.
Silvia holds a degree in Social Sciences from Humboldt University in Berlin, broadening her academic perspective through experiences in Guatemala and Kenya.
