Sossi Tatikyan

Sossi holds an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School and an EMBA from ESCP Business School. A NATO Defense College PfP Fellow, she is currently a PhD Researcher, having recently transferred from the Brussels School of International Studies to Sorbonne Nouvelle University.

With a decade of diplomatic experience representing Armenia in multilateral security and human rights matters, she transitioned to roles in the OSCE and UN political and peacekeeping missions. For over a decade, she served as a Political and Security Sector Reform Adviser in Kosovo, Timor-Leste, and various African countries.

In her current role as a consultant, Sossi provides policy advice to Armenian authorities, civil society, and global actors such as the UN, EU missions, bilateral embassies, US Freedom House, DCAF (Security Governance Center), Heinrich Böll Foundation, and others. Her focus encompasses security governance, and public, foreign and security policy, alongside active involvement in public diplomacy and peacebuilding activities. Sossi also authors policy and academic papers, delivers lectures, and provides insights through TV interviews on critical issues.
