Thaise Kemer is the Research and Impact Manager at Instituto Sivis. Thaise has a PhD in Political Science from the Federal University of Parana, as well as a Master in Political Science from the same University. Thaise is a specialist in International Relations (Instituto Universitário Cândido Mendes, in Rio de Janeiro). Thaise has a Graduation Degree from Escola Politecnica of the University of Sao Paulo (USP) in Electrical Engineering, with a Double Degree Diplom in Mechatronic Engineering, from the Politecnico di Torino, Italy.
