Therese Quilnat is a University Research Associate at the Center for Strategic Planning and Policy Studies under the College of Public Affairs of the University of the Philippines Los Baños. She undertakes various policy-related research and extension activities. She is also the Assistant Manager of the Development Innovations and Policy Laboratory– the first policy laboratory focused on the Agriculture, Aquatic, and Natural Resources sector in the country, where she assists in its operations, communications, and capacity-building activities. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Development Communication and is currently finishing her Master’s degree in Environmental Science.
