Thierry Roland Tabi Agbor is the former Chief of Staff of the Prefect in charge of AI at the French Home Ministry. He is a final year doctoral candidate in Economics at the Laboratoire d’Économie de Dijon (LEDi), where his research explores AI national strategies for economic development in Africa. Alongside his academic work, he serves as a university instructor and operational director at AMICHEMI, combining rigorous scholarship with practical leadership. Thierry also acts as a strategic consultant for VITIB in Côte d’Ivoire on innovation clusters and advising on capacity‑building initiatives. His expertise spans scientometrics, systems theory, and epistemology, which he integrates into actionable strategies for policy and institutional reform. Passionate about fostering trust and collective pride through language, he excels in professional and institutional communication, crafting messages that inspire optimism and legitimacy. His interests include AI, prospective, ICT innovation, and international collaboration, reflecting his commitment to advancing knowledge and strengthening institutions across Africa. Thierry embodies a blend of academic rigour, strategic vision, and empathetic leadership.
