Public policy coordinator at Early Institute
Valeria is a graduate in Law from the Pan-American University. She has worked in the General Directorate of Gender Equality of the Ministry of Public Administration, in the General Directorate of Studies, Promotion and Development of Human Rights and in the Coordination of Human Rights and Advice of the Presidency of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation, and as adjunct professor of the chairs of Philosophy of Law and Human Rights at the Universidad Panamericana.
She has a master in Constitutional Law and Human Rights at the Pan American University, a Diploma on the Right to Non-Discrimination taught by the Institute of Legal Research of the UNAM and a Diploma of Results-Based Budgeting also by UNAM.
She is currently Coordinator of Linkage and Incidence in Public Policies of the Early Institute.
