Vincent Lefebvre
Co-chair and Legal Compliance Officer, Generation for Rights Over the World (GROW)

Vincent Lefebvre is an intersectional human rights, environmental, and youth researcher and advocate with 4 years of progressive experience in project design, implementation, and management at national and European levels. Vincent is the co-chair and legal compliance officer at the youth human rights advocacy think tank Generation for Rights Over the World (GROW) and works as a Project and Communications Officer at the European Implementation Network (EIN). Previously, he worked as a trainee at the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) and the Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Council of Europe as a consultant for Stop Ecocide International and volunteered for a number of local NGOs.

His research interests revolve around business and human rights, environmental rights, criminal justice, in particular the prosecution of perpetrators of genocide (cultural and environmental), as well as the interaction of different levels of jurisdiction in the protection of these rights and related accountability mechanisms, as well as the rule of law. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations (ESPOL, Lille) and a Master’s Degree in Human Rights and Multi-Level Governance from the University of Padua (Italy).
