Vinod Koshti is a seasoned development practitioner and researcher based in New Delhi, with over two decades of experience in agrarian policy, gender justice, and grassroots advocacy. As Project Manager at Rosa Luxemburg Stiftung’s South Asia office, he leads research, partnerships, and campaigns on social and ecological justice. He actively collaborates with scholars, experts, and community organisations to co-produce knowledge and is involved in podcasting, publishing, and participatory training initiatives. His earlier work includes coordinating international research on agrarian transformation in India and building the capacities of grassroots groups on rights-based approaches. Vinod holds an M.Phil. and M.A. in Social Work from the University of Delhi. He is fluent in Hindi and English, with working knowledge of Bangla. His interests span photography, theatre, and exploring community-led knowledge practices.
