Zainab Abdullahi is a strategic communications professional with over a decade of experience driving evidence-based policy, programme implementation, and stakeholder engagement. As a Strategic Communications Consultant with the Resource Centre for Human Rights & Civic Education (CHRICED), Zainab designs and delivers transformative capacity-building curricula, empowering civil society actors through interpersonal communication and innovative media strategies. Her work strengthens research dissemination and deepens civic engagement across Nigeria. In her role as Strategic Knowledge Manager for the National AIDS, Viral Hepatitis and STIs Control Programme (NASCP)–REACH Global Fund GC7 Project, she leads strategic communication, knowledge management, and policy advocacy initiatives that shape national responses to HIV, Viral Hepatitis and STIs. Her leadership has been instrumental in advancing Nigeria’s HIV prevention agenda, including the development of the country’s first PrEP Implementation Plan. Her expertise lies at the intersection of public health policy, research translation, and strategic programme coordination.
